Italian Organic Products: Why Love Them?


For our well-being, it’s important to follow a healthy diet preferring Italian organic products, fresh ingredients and seasonal foods as in the Mediterranean diet. It is no coincidence that, in 2010, UNESCO has included the Mediterranean Diet in its Intangible Cultural Heritage List, recognizing it as a healthy model.


It is scientifically substantiated, that the Mediterranean diet is particularly beneficial for a healthy life, with proven positive effects on human physical and mental health alike, not only for the consumption of pasta, cereals, vegetables, fish, olive oil, and less meat.

This model, in fact, is not just a trivial list of foods to eat. The difference it is in the production methods, based on the principle of sustainability, respect for the territory, reduction in the use of pesticides, in a word “Italian organic production”, always subjected to controls, to guarantee consumers superior quality products.
